Request Deposit / Payment

top -What are the steps to receive payments from customers?

You are able to request a deposit or full payment from customers using HolidaySiteBuilder.com. Your customers can either use their credit and debit cards or Paypal to pay your deposit or full payment request.
Please follow these steps to receive payments:

1) Complete all the required Dashboard sections so your site is online
2) Register a Personal Account with Paypal. You can also register a Premier/Business Account with Paypal, but this is not required and you need to perform more security checks with Paypal for the Premier/Business Account.
3) Click on the "Request Deposit / Payment" menu item
4) Note that Paypal will charge you a small commission if your customer pays with a Credit or Debit card. Please note - HolidaySiteBuilder do NOT charge any additional commission for the transaction.
5) Check the dates the customer would like are available and if they are complete the form.
6) Click Preview Email. You can add to the text that is automatically generated if you like.
7) Click "Make Payment Request"
8) You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal when you have received your payment.
9) If you do not receive a payment after a few days, telephone or email the customer to check they received the Payment Request email. Remind them to check their spam folder and if the customer still cannot find the email you can send another request.
