- I want to change the email address that is used by my "Contact Us" form or "Booking" form
- How do I change my password?
- I no longer have access to my registered email account and I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

Email alerts from your "Contact Us" form or "Booking" form are sent to the private email address you entered when registering.
You can change the email address by:
1) Clicking on "My Account" once you have logged in
2) Clicking on "Private Contact Details (DO NOT Appear on Your Site)"
3) Changing the email in the "Email Address" field
4) Clicking "Save Changes"
top -How do I change my password?
Log in to HolidaySiteBuilder and select the “My Website” tab. Select the “My Account” sub-tab and then click on “Account Information”.
From here you can enter a new password.
top -I no longer have access to my registered email account and I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
Please contact us with your site code, your old email, your new email, your address, telephone number and dates when you subscribed. We will then determine the ownership of the domain and reset your email.
